Arts organization in Cincinnati, Ohio
A community arts center enhancing the life of our surrounding neighborhoods through arts and cultural experiences that embrace diversity, foster creativity, and build community.
Kennedy Heights Arts Center was founded in 2004 by local residents who saved the historic Kennedy mansion (circa 1875) from demolition and transformed it into a thriving community arts center.
Twelve years later, we transformed another vacant property, an adjacent former grocery store, into our 10,300 sf Lindner Annex and Studios.
Serving a diverse audience of more than 5,000 people annually, KHAC offers rotating art exhibitions, arts education programs for youth and adults, outreach programs in public schools and libraries, a youth jazz academy, and community events from cultural festivals to music concerts to poetry readings. 100 percent of our programs are accessible to everyone regardless of income.
